1.Processing Time
It will take 1 business day to process your order, regardless of the shipping option selected at checkout. We ship Monday through Saturday, excluding Sunday and holidays. We cannot guarantee Saturday delivery, even if your shipping is upgraded to express. If your order is out of stock in the warehouse, we will ship it directly from the factory. Usually takes 3-5 business days before shipping. You will receive a confirmation e-mail with the tracking link once your order ships which can take up to 48 hours to update. If you do not see your shipping confirmation email in your inbox after 1 business day, please double check your junk/spam or promotions folder. We cannot be held accountable for any delays caused by the carrier.
2.Important Shipping Information
Kindly note that if inaccurate or incomplete addresses are provided, or if there are unverified details with your order, it may delay processing by an additional 1-2 business days. Be sure to confirm that a suite, apartment or unit number if applicable is included. We encourage all customers to thoroughly review their shipping and billing information prior to checking out to ensure any possible delays are avoided. We cannot be held responsible for orders that are delayed or misrouted due to incorrect information. Please Contact Us for assistance with correcting an address on an order you have placed.
Your package may or may not require a signature. Most packages are delivered to the mailbox or front door of the address provided, however, it is up to the delivery courier to decide if the package is safe being left in the open. If they deem it unsafe, they will hold the package at a local post office or re-schedule another delivery. Our best recommendation is to input a shipping address where you know you or someone else will be available to accept the package (a work address or a friend's address).
Please note PO Box address outside the United States is not accepted. No requests for address in the United States.
3.Tracking Your Package
After your order is shipped, we will send you an email shipment confirmation. It will also provide a shipment tracking number, with easy links to the shipping carrier’s websites, so you can track the status of your order. Contact Us if you need help tracking your order.
4.International Taxes, Duties and Customs
Orders delivered outside the United States may incur import taxes and fees. Wennalife does not collect these fees and they are not included in the purchase price on our website. This charge is determined by your local import taxation authority and must be paid to them in order to receive your order.
Customs will sometimes hold orders for review which can sometimes result in unexpected charges or delays. Any such delays with your delivery and/or charges are beyond our control. Customs can be a little slow with assessing packages, unfortunately we're not able to speed up this process and such delays can vary widely between packages - again this is totally out of our control.
We can't predict whether you will or will not receive a customs charge, any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. Any charges on a parcel must be paid by the person receiving the parcel (this also applies to retail & wholesale customers). Wennalife has no control over these charges and we can't tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.
