Refund policy

Wennalife Hair is pleased to accept the return of eligible products within 30 days from the original shipment date.
Please note:
  •  damaged, worn, or dyed items are not eligible for return.
  •  the return address is different from the shipping address. It is important to contact us first for all returns&exchanges. You can reach us at service001@wennalifebeauty.com. Failure to contact us may result in no refund being issued.

All returns must be eligible as follows:
1 In original condition
2 No damaged, worn, cut, trimmed or dyed
3 Must be in 30 days after the item ship date.

Notes: If the item does not meet the above return conditions, please do not return it to us, we will not accept the return.

Return:
Please ensure that your product meets the requirements for return, and contact our professional customer service first. Our customer service will provide you with the return address. Please return the product within two weeks. Once we receive the return and confirm that it's ok, we will process the refund within 3-5 working days.

Exchange:
Your returns must be eligible and when we receive your returns, we will help you to complete the exchange in 3-5 working days. Contact us to get
the return address.


Cancel an order:
To cancel your order, please reach out to our customer service team via email at service001@wennalifebeauty.com before the item has been shipped. We will do our best to accommodate your cancellation request as long as the order has not been shipped. However, please note that once the item has been shipped, we are unable to cancel the order.

Who pays for return shipping?

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs when requesting a refund.
  • If the return is due to customer error (such as ordering the wrong color or size), the customer is responsible for return shipping.
  • If you use your own shipping label, tracking is required, as we are not responsible for lost returns.

Please note that any additional fees incurred during the return process (such as customs duties, clearance fees, taxes, or other related charges) will be the responsibility of the customer. We appreciate your understanding.

How do I start a return or exchange?

All returns and exchanges must be approved by our customer service team before being sent back.
Please contact us first to ensure your item qualifies.

When will I receive my refund?

Refund Timeline
  • PayPal: 24 hours after processing
  • Stripe/Klarna: 5–10 business days after processing Refunds are issued to the original payment method. You can also choose to keep the refund as store credit—your next purchase is welcome!
